By accessing or using HabitSnap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

HabitSnap is a mobile application that helps users build and track habits through:

• Photo-based habit verification
• Streak tracking and analytics
• Social features (friends and challenges)
• Progress visualization and insights

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use HabitSnap
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your account credentials

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create (habits, photos, notes)
• You grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights

Friends and Challenges

• You can connect with other users and participate in challenges
• Shared content is visible to your friends
• You can block or remove friends at any time
• Respect other users and their privacy

Community Guidelines

• Be respectful and supportive
• No harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• No spam or unsolicited promotions
• Report violations to support@habitsnap.app

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• HabitSnap and all related trademarks are our property
• The App design, code, and features are protected by copyright
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App

Your Rights

• You retain all rights to your original content
• We do not claim ownership of your habit data or photos

7. Privacy and Data

• Your use of HabitSnap is subject to our Privacy Policy
• We collect and use data as described in the Privacy Policy
• You can export or delete your data at any time

8. Advertising

• The App may display advertisements
• We use Google AdMob for advertising
• You can opt out of personalized ads in device settings
• Premium features may be offered to remove ads (future)

9. Subscriptions and Payments (Future)

When premium features are introduced:

• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds follow app store policies (Apple/Google)
• Cancel anytime through app store settings

No Guarantee of Results

• We do not guarantee specific results from using the App

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us (if any)
